2. Products & Custom Orders

All leather goods are handcrafted and may vary slightly in color, texture, and appearance. This is a natural characteristic of genuine leather and is not considered a defect.

Custom orders require a consultation and quote before production begins. Once a custom order is confirmed and payment is received, the order is considered final.

Production times vary depending on the complexity of the item. Estimated timelines will be provided at the time of order but are not guaranteed.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

Payment is required in full before production of custom orders begins. We accept payments through our website and approved third-party payment processors.

4. Refunds & Returns

Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and production has begun.

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter.

5. Shipping

We ship within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout or during the quote process.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale inquiries are handled separately. Wholesale terms, minimum order quantities, and pricing are provided upon application through our wholesale form or Faire marketplace. Wholesale agreements may include additional terms specific to the order.
